meat loaf

This recipe was requested by Indri. Tetapi waktu bikin ini, takaran untuk dagingnya nggak ada, cuman kira2 aja. Seadanya sisa bahan di kulkas. Mudah2an takaran di bawah ini selamat. Enjoy deh....

Bahan :

  1. 250 gr daging ayam giling
  2. 500 gr daging sapi giling
  3. 2 bh sosis ayam
  4. 1 lembar roti tawar dicabik2/ kalau nggak ada bisa diganti pake bread crumbs
  5. 2 butir telur dikocok
  6. 2-3 sdm kecap inggris
  7. garam, merica, pala secukupnya

Membuat :

  • masukkan remahan roti dalam kocokan telur, aduk rata sampai roti hancur
  • campur daging giling dan bumbu2, tambahkan adonan telur, campur rata
  • masukkan setengah adonan daging dalam cetakan loaf yg sudah diolesi mentega, lalu taruh sosis ditengahnya memanjang, tutup sosis dengan sisa bahan daging
  • tutup loaf dengan aluminium foil
  • kukus sampai matang
  • sliced trus disajikan deh

Oh ya disajikan dengan saos :

lelehkan mentega dalam pot kecil, masukan air/kaldu, trus kecap inggris, garam, merica, gula, saos tomat. Cicipi, kalau udah enak kentalkan sedikit saosnya dengan 1 sdt tepung maezena yg udah dicampur air sedikit.

Gudeg Jogja

Dalam rangka ingin makan gudeg di Pattaya, maka tersedialah ini gudeg -akhirnya- di mejanya the Hermantos. Mencari nangka muda disini rupanya cukup bikin pontang panting pembantuku plus potong2 nya yg mana banyak banget ya getahnya. Untung dia handal cara2 menghilangkan lengket2 sisa getah di pisau and di gagang pintu dapur. Heran.... deh disini tidak tersedia nangka muda kalengan yg siap olah -product of thailand-. Yang mana produk itu ( di US ) dengan mudahnya dapat gw peroleh dimana2 di grocerie stores.







Ide resep dari dapurnya Astri di Australia. Metodenya dari resep ibunya miss Arry yg pakarnya gudeg dan asli jogja itu. Monggo...dicoba.



Bahan :

  1. 500 gr nangka muda
  2. 500 gr tulang sapi berdaging & 350 gr ayam bertulang. Kalau resep ibunda miss Arry pakai ceker ayam. Kalau gw bikin kemaren ini malah gak pake apa2. (lha wong gak beli )
  3. daun salam, lebih banyak lebih ok katanya. (bw yg tinggal di Indo, karena di pattaya yah gw pakainya rada irit dong)
  4. santan, pokoknya sampai si gudeg di panci terendam. Ingat kolestrol !! ( kalau gw sih campur sama air, sstt..jangan ketahuan miss Arry )
  5. telor rebus, kupas.


Bumbu halus :



  • 18 butir bw merah
  • 6 siung bw putih
  • 3 sdt tumbar bubuk
  • 2 sdm lengkuas cincang
  • 200 gr gula jawa
  • garam dan gula pasir
  • 40 gr asam jawa

Dir :

cemplung semua bahan di panci kecuali telur. Masak sampai mendidih, aduk2. Kecilkan api, masak terus nggak boleh diaduk sampai kuah habis trus warnanya coklat tua gelap. Oh ya sebelum kuah hampir habis masukkan telor rebus.

nuts and chocolate chips cookies

You must try this !!. Easy, crunchy and super goodd.... Thanks to Ita Krebs for sharing and giving the idea for this recipe.




Ing :


  1. 100 gr unsalted butter - melted
  2. 100 gr peanut butter
  3. 150 gr sugar
  4. 1 tsp vanilla
  5. 1 egg
  6. 100 gr all purpose flour
  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. 75 gr roast peanuts - roughly crushed
  9. 225 gr chocolate chips

Dir :

  • beat egg, add butter, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix together
  • Add flour and baking powder, mix well. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Mix all until well combine
  • use the teaspoon to make the cookies form. Bake for 20 min ( 160 C )

Ps : For the original recipe ( ERDNUSS COOKIES ). Instead of nuts and chocolate chips, you need 150 gr nuts and 150 gr raisins.

Cheese muffin

Ing :
  1. 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  2. 1 tbsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  5. 1 large egg
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 1/4 cup butter, melted
  8. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dir :
  • in a large bowl, combine dry ingredients, mix well
  • in another bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add to the flour mixture, striing until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling two thirds full
  • bake at 400 F for 20 min

Mushroom cicken muffin

Ing :

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1/2 cup butter, melted
  3. 1/4 cup milk
  4. 1 can cream & chicken mushroom soup
  5. 1 3/4 cup flour
  6. 3 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Dir :

  • In a medium bowl, beat egg. Add all the wet ingredients, stir to combine
  • I a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. Mix well.
  • Add the liquid ing to the flour mixture & stir just to combine
  • Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups with batter. garnish with fresh parsley. bake at 425 F. For 20 min.

Macaroni Schotel

This recipe has been requested by a few people, enjoy !













Ing :

  1. 1 onion and 2 garlics, sliced
  2. 200 gr macaroni, boiled until tender, drained, set aside
  3. ground chicken
  4. 3 cups fresh milk
  5. 2 eggs, beaten
  6. salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg to taste
  7. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  8. addiotional shredded cheese for topping
  9. 1 tbsp all purpose flour - or 2 tbsp if you want to be more firm. (left over ?, cut into pieces, dip into egg-beaten, coated with bread crumbs then fry)


Direction :

  • preheat the oven to 175 C (375 F)
  • in a big pan heat 2 tbsp oil, saute the garlics and onion until fragrance
  • add ground chicken, stirring until chicken is cooked
  • add milk, salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg, flour, macaroni, stirring well.
  • heat off, add cheese, egg, stir well
  • transfer the macaroni into the buttered baking dish, topped with shredded cheese
  • bake for 45 min
Easy peasy and children will love it !!

Ayam Goreng Jogja
















Wuah..rasanya mantab deh, gampang banget lagi buatnya. Janagn lupa makannya pakai sambal bajak

Bahan2:
  1. 1 ekor ayam, potong2, cuci bersih
  2. 2 cups air
  3. 2 bh daun salam

Bumbu halus:

  1. 1 sdm ketumbar
  2. 3 bh bw putih
  3. 3/4 inch kunyit
  4. 3/4 inch jahe
  5. 1/2 inchi laos
  6. 1 sdm gula merah

Memasaknya:

  • tumis dengan minyak bumbu halus sebentar sampai wangi, masukkan daun salam, aduk2. Masukkan potongan ayam, aduk rata. Tambahkan air, masak terus dengan api kecil sampai air menyusut.
  • Sebelum ayam dihidangkan, panaskan minyak dan goreng ayam.
