easy but taste
ingredients :
- french beans/green bean, cut in 1 1/2 inch lengths
- firm tofu, dice cut, fried- half cooked
- 3 shallots, peeled and sliced
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp kecap manis - sweet soy sauce
- salt to taste
- left over chicken, cut - small bite size ( optional)
- 1/4 cup water
method :
- heat oil in a pan, saute shallot and garlic for a few minutes, add green been and water, cook for few minutes
- add the remaining ingredients, cook until the water is dry
